01. Stones Falling Out

For our stone-embedded jewelry, such as tiger's eye bracelets, the stones are manually set using jewelry adhesive and settings. If you receive a product with a stone that has fallen out, this is considered a quality issue. However, if the adhesive fails due to improper care, such as prolonged water exposure without proper drying, this is not a quality issue but a result of improper maintenance.

02. Scratches or Pits on Pearl Surface

Pearls are natural treasures nurtured by oysters, and surface growth patterns are not considered quality issues. However, if there are severe scratches on the pearl affecting its appearance, this is a quality issue. Additionally, if the pearl has pits that make it unattractive, it is considered unsuitable for jewelry based on common aesthetic standards.

03. Stiff or Stuck Necklace/Bracelet Extension Chains

If the extension chains on necklaces or bracelets are stiff or stuck and cannot be worn, this is a quality issue. We can repair or replace the extension chain components, or offer a return or exchange.

Notes:

1. Silver Earring Posts: Silver earring posts are relatively soft. If they become deformed from not being removed during sleep or due to external force, and subsequently break if not properly adjusted, this is not a quality issue. Please handle your jewelry with care.
2. Bracelet Fit and Breakage: If you purchased a bracelet that does not fit your wrist or it breaks due to accidental external force, this is not considered a quality issue. In general, even small pieces of jewelry require careful maintenance.

Storage: Store your jewelry (especially Sterling Silver) in an air-tight container when not being worn. Oxygen, moisture and other chemicals are what will tarnish or dull metals.

If you’re not going to be wearing a piece for a while, don’t leave it sitting out. A small ziploc bag works great!

Tangles: To help prevent tangles, we recommend closing all clasps before storing.

Chemicals: Although our jewelry is swim, sweat and shower-proof we do recommend avoiding prolonged exposure in chlorine, pools, hot tubs and spas.

Cleaning and polishing: If your jewelry needs polishing or begins to dull or tarnish, don’t worry – it can get back to it’s beautiful, shiny self. We recommend a Sunshine Polishing Cloth, but any jewelry cleaner will work.
